ACUPUNCTURE

Using needles to stimulate specific points on the body, acupuncture therapy (or “dry needling”) is one of the most ancient remedies for balancing the body. INTEGRATED MYOFASCIAL TECHNIQUES

CUPPING & GUASHA

Cupping and Gua Sha therapy stimulate the flow of stagnant blood to relieve pain, encourage lymphatic drainage, reduce inflammation, and improve immune function.
